Prior to starting, I had noticed an explosion of grey hair in my beard. I started taking this, a well as eating saurkraut each day since I heard that helps. I haven't been noticing any new greys since then. I'm not 100% sure if it has reversed the grey that I already had (though I think it actually did reverse some), but at the very least it seems to have stopped any new greys from forming.
