This collar does what it is supposed to, but the overall trigger sensitivity setting does not seem to do anything at all. I have tried all settings on myself and the dog, with only the mildest of shock on the dog. At minimum the shock is nearly undetectable, and max it is more painful than a 9v battery on your tongue.If your dog shakes his head, it goes off. If he chews a bone, it goes off. If he scratches his neck, etc. If you put the collar on the dog while it's turned on, it goes off. I would say the the ratio of false triggers to correct triggers is about equal, maybe even more false triggers. I have tried with all trigger sensitivity settings, and without shock. If you have a smart dog that trains well, they will figure it out after about 5 false triggers. So if your goal is to absolutely confuse your dog and leave them as a scared lump frozen in the corner- good news! This collar does that. Maybe for some that is an improvement. For me, I guess I'll take the barking, or maybe keep it as an absolute last resort when the dog has to be unsupervised outside for extended periods.other cons:charging flap is super thin. water proof feature will be null and void as soon as it rips.the charging port is not standard. you need the supplied cable or other extra long Micro USB to charge it.It is not smart, it is a dumb device. It either triggers or it does not. There is no warning first. A trigger gets a shock. Not a warning beep first than a shock for continued barking like most of the others.

Bad device function!!! When the dog shakes to clean himself the collal goes off and shocks the dog.The battery on device in manual says 14 days, bit lasts about 8 days. I assume the rechargable battery is bad and will fail dinner than expected. It charges to level 7 (full) and by end of 1st day says level 5.

I couldn’t get this collar to work right the wind would set it off, very sensitive, couldn’t get it set right. I did everything according to direction’s, couldn’t get it to work right I gave up.

This collar is literally a complete waste of money! The battery died after 5 weeks (it was kept charged per the manual) and of course it couldn't be returned at that point so we had to spend more money and purchase a different one!!!! Needless to say, we're not pleased!

Dog kept barking and collar would not shock. The instructions are extremely poor so I'm not positive that I had it set up right but I tried adjusting many things on it. How hard is it to put good instructions with a product.

I ordered 2 of these for my dogs. One of them showed up with a display that didn't work. I contacted amazon and got a replacement. The display on the replacement would only work some of the time, and when it was working you couldn't tell what number it was trying to display.After the replacement showed up defective I decided I didn't want to own this product and sent all them back for a refund.

This collar started to shock my non barking dog as soon as it was put on. It kept sending shocks even after it was removed.

Product doesnt last long. Doest hold enough power even after charge.
