Q: Why is it cheaper in amazon than in your website?

On our website the aroma diffuser machine is sold for $199.95 and includes the first bottle of fragrance free (regularly priced at $39.95 ), but on Amazon the machine is sold without fragrance ($39.95 value) at $169.95. I am so sorry that you are experiencing difficulties with your machine. If you will please send an email to rebecca@aromaretail.com asking for a user guide she will get one out to you.
