ALWAYSUV Classic Clear Lenses Glasses Frame Eyewear For Kids/Teens

I have to admit, I bought these glasses for my kids because I read somewhere that a (one-off, small) study had shown that short-sighted people were less likely to catch the coronavirus, and it was thought that this might be because they wear glasses, which protect their eyes. I do not know whether or not this is true, but being a somewhat over-protective Mum, I thought I'd buy a pair of glasses for each of my children for when they returned to school. These blue ones were for my daughter, aged 11. It was important for me that the glasses looked like 'proper' glasses, and not something she would dress up in. They were perfect. They look stylish and 'real'. They are the type of frame that you would easily spend a lot more on in an Optician's! No one would ever guess that they are not prescription lenses. The blue colour is really on the inside and they are black on the outside, which looks very smart. My daughter has a small face and the arms of the frames do go a little bit beyond her ears, but not massively so, so I think they are a good fit. They are also reasonably robust. And for this price, a bargain! Most importantly, my daughter likes them. So much so, that she put them on immediately and kept wearing them in the house, even though that wasn't what I got them for! I think they really suit her. The glasses themselves came with a sticker on them saying that they protect against blue light. I don't remember this being in the description when I bought them, but this is not a problem. A particular point to note - the glasses come in a little draw-string material bag. However, I don't think this will necessarily protect them when they're not being worn, so I bought a separate glasses case as well.

I brought these for my granddaughter so she can pretend to read when we are.The glasses are very sturdy and look good, not sure how long they will last with a 2 year old but so far so good

My 8 year old loves these! So much so that i have just ordered a second pair in another colour for an extra birthday present. I thought i would have to remind him to put them on to watch TV and play his ipad etc but he puts them on first thing in the morning for home schooling and wears them most of the day unless playing outside. He was complaining that things were moving around on screen. I would usually have taken him for an eye test straight away but as i am vulnerable in the current circumstances i thought i would try these first and hopefully delay a trip to the opticians a little longer. He hasn't mentioned an issue since wearing them! They look fantastic and are great value for money-very stylish.

My daughter wanted a pair of glasses as her sister had just got a prescription pair. Ordered these... arrived next day. All great except one of the lenses was marked with what looks like yellow colouring. Not a scratch and nothing that would rub off

Quite good but do have a yellow glass in them so you can see yellow when you wear them and if you wear them for to long then you can see the yellow even when you don’t have them on but other than that there pretty good

My 8 year old granddaughter loves these glasses. They look expensive on and she loves wearing them as a fashion statement. Good to know they’ll protect her eyes a little when she looks at her tablet too.

Good quality product

Fit my 11 year old and my 8 year old. Don’t alter colours on screen, just block the blue light.
