Columbia Women's Benton Spring II Long Hoodie

Ordered this jacket to take on a cruise to Greenland, where it would be in the mid to upper 40's. Perfect jacket. Warm enough, but not too hot It isn't waterproof, per se, but in light drizzle the rain didn't soak through, so I was able to stay comfortable. Length is mid-lower hip length which was perfect. Flattering for a fuller figure. The sleeve length was good, too. One note of caution--it runs small. I wear a 1X in clothing and had to order a 3X in this jacket to get a comfortable fit. Great zip pockets. Really loved the blue color. I had also ordered the black and returned it. It was more a very dark charcoal and looked somewhat "utility" and masculine. Not very flattering for me. I am so glad I gave this jacket a try. It will be my "go to" jacket for the upcoming fall and winter!

Oh my! This is a great fleece jacket! I wear it at home and when I go out. Covers more so keeps you warmer. I'm 5'8" and I often find sweatshirts and jackets too short. This falls a few inches below the hips. My husband wants one too. Hides cat hair too! Highly recommend 😁

This jacket is beautiful! Columbia is always excellent quality, and this jacket is certainly that. The fleece is thick and soft, the styling is exceptional, and the color is beautiful. There is a double zipper which makes it easy to sit down without the jacket bunching up and becoming wrinkled. I am 5'8" and weigh 125 pounds, so I got the small and it seems to run a little large for me, but I am very narrow at the top, so that is not unusual. The jacket is tapered at the waist and flares a little at the hip, so there was plenty of room for a sweater under it without feeling bulky. Very feminine jacket, if you are looking for something that is not strictly a straight cut. I highly recommend this jacket and would love it in brighter colors, too.

Very nice quality coat, so incredibly warm I roasted in it just trying it on in house, should work wonders to keep colds bite off playing in the snow! HOWEVER, it is true to size and a form fitting style so it is snug fit as suggested in reviews. I am a size 1x and there's room in the arms for a thin to medium thickness sweater. Size up is recommended for a tad looser fit. The hood sits high up on shoulders but will be cozier in chilly windy weather, but I wished it was detachable. My arms are just over average length and it fit fine so if you are taller with long arms you should be fine; shorter arms prepare to hem, roll, or push up sleeves. ONE LAST THING, the color Black looks more like a dark charcoal, on the upside of that, it makes the fleece look like velveteen from 5 ft away. Why i deducted 1 star from a 5-star coat, the Black needs to be Black! No real complaints and happy with purchase! Would buy again in other color and do recommend buying it.

Warm but lightweight with a hood and pockets that zip. Color is really pretty. Long length covers one’s backside. Soft and comfy material.

I immediately loved this. I knew I wanted a neutral color but not pale so I pick the grey and it's perfect. Super comfy but not to hot, not too long and just enough stretch. I haven't washed it yet but I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Cozy, very warm, soft fabric and long enough to cover the bottom of the trunk, which I was desperately needing for frigid weather. BUT, while the zippers function well, the hand pocket zippers were miserable for me; harsh, scratchy, skin-scraping. Too late to send back, i’d already worn it. I managed to cut out the zippers with tiny “swan” scissors, avoiding nicking the fabric or seams. Took a longgg time, lot of patience but I can use the pockets now. Just know, if that if it could be a problem for you, avoid this one. Surprised at Columbia for missing this detail.

Good it is kind of small on me but I think that’s the style and usually I wear size medium/large clothes. Also there is 2 zippers

Very warm and well fitted jacket for woman's figure. Medium size is more like 10-12 (Australian) than 8-10.
