I recently purchased the LECLSTAR Solar Outdoor Lights - 4000Lm, and let me tell you, they truly exceeded my expectations. First off, the brightness of these lights is incredible. Whether I'm hosting a backyard barbecue or just enjoying a quiet evening on the patio, these lights provide just the right amount of illumination to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. These lights are a game-changer.

I generally expect not to like products such as this. They don't work right. They are hard to install. They don't do what they promise. Well, this light does what it promises to do, and does it very well. Look at the picture and you will see the only negative: appearance. OK, once you get past the fact that this is a very utilitarian-looking light, you will see that it is easy to install, simple to program for the three modes, and maintenance free. I set it initially for off during the day, on all night at a low light, and motion sensor bright light. However, I saw that I didn't want or need the minimal night light, and only wanted it to act as a motion sensing bright light. This is a decision you must make before you mount it permanently, since the switch is in the back.

Lights totally served their purpose. We have a littel section in the back that has no lighting and my pups go out at night so we wanted something that could be sensor so that when the pups walked over to that corner we could see to make sure no other animals or people were there and this does the trick. They were very easy to install and I installed them on the wall at a higher level looking down, and the lighting is bright enough where it illuminates the entire area but not too bright where it hurts your eyes, very good quality- very happy with them.

This thing's pretty decent for the money. There are a couple of flaws, but the performance easily makes up for it. First, the brightness. Oh. My. God. I put this above my garage door. It throws light onto the edge of the neighbor's property on the other side of the street. It's like the eye of God opening on my driveway. Think the end of the Raiders of the Lost Ark. The melty guy? That's you if you were to stand in front of it. I put it on the "3% brightness, full brightness w/motion" setting. It easily lasts all night long. However, the standby lighting is only usefully illuminating on the darkest of nights. It's a trade-off. It can last all night, OR most of the night at 10% and you might ward off the night demons. Your choice, I guess. The detection can be a little wonky, too. I approach it from the side, and I'd say it's the equivalent of sneaking up on your grandma with the worsening glaucoma. You can get pretty close before she squeals and wets herself. The light doesn't do these things (too expensive?) but you can get pretty close before it "notices" you. Installation was fine. It quizzically comes with four drywall anchors and screws despite having only two mounting holes. I would have liked to have had the additional holes to go with them, to be honest. It seems sturdy enough with just the two, though. Bottom line: Worth the money. Also, wear sunglasses.

I have a very dark back yard. We have a small fence for the dogs. But I kept losing sight of the dogs! LOL. So, I needed something so I could at least see back there! Well, I put these on the fence with some S hooks! and they are wonderful! I used two of the lights for one side of the fence which is about 20 feet long. It does a beautiful job lighting the very dark back yard! I just purchased two more for the other side of the yard! I would say they get at least a few hours of light each day but they don't get sunshine all day for sure! Still, they are bright and I have them on motion so they don't turn on until the dogs are back there! And that's another thing i forgot to say! the dogs are small and I worried they were not large enough to turn the lights on! BUT they are! my less than 10 pound dogs can turn on both lights with their movement. So, the motion is very good!! and they stay on as long as the dogs are back there. These are really a life saver for me! I'm going to take the two more I just bought and put them on the other side of the yard so it will be completely lit up back there if the dogs are out. I don't so much worry about people being back there as much as I worry about other wild animals. WE have had our cat attacked by a hawk and the owl swooped pretty close to the dog and I last year. So, the lights seem to keep them away!

Living in a neighborhood without streetlights I have tried six brands of motion lights over the past two years. Pros: The amount of light is truly exceptional. The motion detection is really great and instantaneous. I charged the device in partial sunlight for only three hours because it was delivered in the afternoon. It worked perfectly. In fact, I could see no difference after fully charging it the next day in full sunlight. Cons: The settings button is on the back so, before installing, make sure you know the setting you want. Also, note the size of this light as it is wide and the screw holes are in the corners. Ideally, for me, I would prefer a single notch in the back that I could just slide the light onto. Two of my friends saw the light in action and immediately asked me to order one for them. This light is very impressive! Now, I hope it lasts.

Like WOW, say whaaaattt??? This is the BEST solar light I've ever bought ever and I've gone through quite a few!! This thing is SO BRIGHT! Definitely at least as bright as a 100 lightbulb or even more. It's incredible. I usually keep mine on setting 3 with the low light and then high light when it senses movement and it lasts all night no problem. I have mine mounted up high on the back of my RV so that if I need to get back there and do something or someone else is out there f$%king around it's a great security light. I was able to install 2 hooks instead of using the screws so I can take it off when I drive it down the road and if I want to change the setting to off to let it charge all day and then switch it back to 'constant on' or back to the sensor mode when we're at the campsite etc. I love it-- it's easy to get to from my ladder and it really is a great solar light. 10 stars. If you're thinking about it jut buy it you'll definitely be impressed.

Lights are amazing! I have six, bought several for my mother. Brought two from FL with me to a second property in VA, purchased more and have several spaced apart on either side to light maybe 80’ each side. They came on at night and one looked different, they were crisp white and 1/3 way down other was yellow colored and dim, first to go out. Got extension ladder again went up and took it off, it is only 5 years old, plastic as you can see next to a newer identical one turned yellow. I tried and tried, cannot get the yellow out of the plastic. I replaced the two rechargeable batteries inside and put it back up and now lasts as long as the others but looks terrible they are all crisp white and light up the yard, this is more of a warm yellow and doesn’t throw much light, other three on that side are new and white. I spent a LOT of money and even bought the identical brand (went up almost $6 since May of 2022). Tried to contact seller about the “Lifetime Warranty “ but couldn’t get through the chat bot. So it looks terrible, maybe 5 months from now the rest will turn yellow too and they’ll match. Not happy, only throws 1/2 the light of others because clear plastic turned yellow. Warranty looks good in advertisement, good luck if you ever try and use it. I did two of my houses with these and my mothers, thought they were a better quality until today.
