It also seams to put me in a good mood ready to go get something done. It does seem to ware off after about 6 hours for me. I may try taking one at lunch time at some point but was worried about it keeping me up at night. I did take one once in the afternoon and it did seem to keep me up for part of the night. Solaray has been a good brand for me as far as vitamins go. I have had problems with fake vitamins that basically do nothing. I found this out when my Doctor told me I needed to get my vitamin D levels back up and started taking another brand but when I went back for tests the Doctor told me what I had been taking wasn't working and that I may be taking a fake or wrong type of vitamin.
