I have had this for a month or so and find that it is really responsive to cooking odors, not so much to cat box odors. It runs fairly quietly, it automatically detects and increases or decreases the fan based on what it senses is in the air, and has all the appropriate indicators for filter life and particulates. This ended up being much larger that I thought, like the size of a dining chair, but it is pretty portable and can move around as needed. I would order this again.
