Good product, false advertising
It is a chromebook down to what it is: an interactive web browser that can act as a novelty usb storage. According to my research and personally tampering either the device, unlike the advertised 2021 model, it is actually a 2015 model that is 11 years obsolete, to the point that unless you find a niche internet archive, you absolutely cannot open anything that isn’t plain text or a image in a folder.9/10 because the refurbished model lives up to expectations, but buyers beware, especially the budget conscious ones! If you have the money for a Chromebook like this, save it for a more flexible Windows-based system, preferably by a more honest seller!

Makes a wonderful frizbee. Otherwise, absolutely horrible in usefulness. I can't do anything with this chipped up brick other than stare at it in offence of its existence. The audacity! I get that it's refurbished, but the damn things max update was back in 2021???? I can't even browse properly because chrome can't even update. And everything I edit can't sync. What's the point? I thought, well hey, ya know, I'll just enable Linux so I can do a little workaround. Hell na, can't even do that because the OS has the capabilities of a 8-bit pong game. A roll of tissue serves better purpose than this POS. I would literally pay a crackhead just to buy it off of me, but instead, I'll opt for straight to the trash so no one else has to endure this monstrosity of a device that I know even a pawn shop would laugh in my face if I walked in with this thing. My toddlers vtech phone has more useful technology than this temu-quality paperweight.

Not as advertised
Not as advertised. Was listed as having 2GBs Ram and it has 4. With this type of result, I might just order several more whether I need them or not. Looks good and I tested everything except the microphone input. Everything works just fine. Very satisfied.

Limited use
Chromebook is in excellent condition and works well, BUT you can not update the OS, nor can you download most programs due to the out dated OS. If all you need is something that is light to Web surf, watch most Videos and MAYBE use Google Docs, then this is a good deal. If you're a hacker, you MIGHT be able to install Linux and have a great little machine. Waht do you want for under a Hundred bucks.

Old model that won't download new apps
Be aware this is a Chromebook, not a laptop. You will not be able to download most programs onto this machine, only "apps," and you won't be able to download most of those, either, because this model is so old that it will not update to the latest version of Chrome. Bummer. I give it two stars because it works-- the keys work, the mouse pad works, there are no scratches or dents or dings. I just wanted something to access the internet and do some word processing and it is indeed absolutely limited to those two things.
