Ordered with fast delivery! Was not sure what to expect. Nice quality build, excellent packaging with no defects. 1st use was great. I could feel the effects almost immediately. Have been using the vibration plate for 2 weeks regularly and can certainly say that my joint pain has diminished greatly. Much better circulation in my arms and legs! The machine itself is very quiet and easy to operate. I am a big guy at 250 pounds and the plate is durable and solid. I would recommend this vibration plate to anyone! Great value and product!

I’m really happy with my vibration plate! It’s easy to use, doesn’t take up much space, and has become part of my daily routine. Overall, my legs feel so much better since I started using it, especially after a long day. I researched all of the vibration platforms before I made my choice. There were several reasons why I chose LifePro. 1. I loved the lifetime warranty. 2. The details that outlined the quality and integrity of their product, to include additional support. 3. The details of what the vibration plate was capable of doing, and the body systems it supported. 4. Price I have recently been diagnosed with a rare inherited disease that has a toxic accumulation of copper in the body. It affects the liver, kidneys, brain and eyes. I have chosen to treat my condition holistically with the help of my wonderful physician. (Please note, I'm not making any medical claims, I'm sharing my personal experience with this product. Everyone is different, and these are my results.) It was recommended that I purchase a vibration machine to help flush out the toxic build up of copper from my body. One of my many symptoms was excessive lower extremity pitting edema in both legs. With this disease, all elimination of copper based foods is vital, which I did immediately. This helped to reduce a percentage of swelling, however, I still had a considerable amount of toxic copper in my system. I've had the LifePro for about 2 weeks now, and I use it 2-4 times per day on average, in different positions, and using different programs (P0-P9). I have my favorites... Within the first 3 days of using this machine, 100% of the edema was GONE!! I had my legs, ankles and feet back to normal, and I was extremely happy!!! I could see improvement immediately, and I thought I was seeing things! But honestly, it worked! I used the machine 10 times in 3 days, and I saw dramatic improvement! The additional benefits I have received have been more stamina, less fatigue, I'm feeling better every day, and along with lots of water after each set, I feel that the toxic levels are quickly being flushed from my system. I am also using this machine for lymphatic drainage, focusing primarily on my upper body where the lymphatic ducts are located. So I do at least 1-2 sessions with my arms on the machine, both front and back. This is best done on lower settings P0-P3. Additionally, I reached out to customer service, as I had a few questions about the settings. I used Facebook Messager, as I had joined their VIP Facebook group, which everyone who purchases this machine is able to be part of. Joel, one of the owners, was quick to reply, and answered all of my questions in detail! The Facebook group also gives you access to several videos on how to use the machine and different exercises you can do. I found these to all be bonuses for me, since my primary reason for purchasing was not for fitness. I explained to Joel my situation, and he was really accommodating to my request for the information I needed to support my health journey; so that I get the most (and best) use out of the vibration machine. I am super happy with this product, and the support is fantastic! You will not be disappointed. This machine is everything they say it is, and MORE!!!

I’m starting out with four stars because I absolutely am enjoying this so far but I’ve only had it for a week-ish. It feels very well-made and professional, nothing cheap or loose or bad plastic rattling. You basically take it out of the box and plug it in. It comes with little exercise bands, both for putting around the legs or arms, and then the long stretchy bands with handles on them. It comes with great instructions and a whole almost poster like sheet that you can hang up that shows you various exercises to do on it. I love the color and size of this. It’s a great addition to my workout and the first time I used it, even on a lower level, I could feel my legs were more sore than usual from the workout. In my opinion, this works wonderfully! I also did some research on the different brands in the effectiveness of ration plates, this one was far ahead of the others in the mid range price point. It’s a perfect addition to add into my workout-I believe that even for and elderly person or somebody who can’t stand very well you can still be in a seated cheer position and put your feet on here, assisting in some lymphatic drainage or muscle movement. So many uses! I highly recommend.

Just started using the waver. I wasn’t sure what to expect but love it. I use it first thing in the morning and my back is usually stiff after 5 minutes my whole body feels alive. I usually don’t write reviews but for this product I feel I need to. The quality of the waver is great too. My new favorite health routine.

I've been getting amazing results from my LIfePro Waver Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. I've had it almost a week, and I feel amazing improvements. The impact it is having on my lymphatic system, is being manifested in a better energy level and better sleep as well. This appears to be like a missing link for me. I feel at least 10 years younger. My wife and I both use vibration plate machines to help with some health issues and aid in muscle toning. We’ve got a larger one at our primary home that cost more than we wanted to spend for a vacation home that we’re not at ll the time. I looked at multiple options on Amazon and read the reviews and based on price, features and rating this one seemed to be what we needed. Only had it for a week but it works as good as our larger one that were paid 2 times as much for. It has more than plenty of speed choices and is extremely sturdy for its size. I like that it comes with a remote so you adjust settings without having to step off of the machine. To early to tell about durability but it feels solidly built

I really like this vibration plate. I can tell a difference when I use it and when I don’t. It has helped the soreness in my feet at the end of the day. I think I may have used it a little too much in the beginning because my back was sore, so start slowly, but I would definitely recommend.

I'm very happy with this vibration plate. It arrived quickly, feels very sturdy, and is surprisingly quiet while in use. It's well made, easy to use, and works exactly as expected. Overall, it's a great piece of exercise equipment, and I'm glad I purchased it.

Zaczęłam od programu P9 i uważam, że słabo wibruje. Powinien mieć 2 silniki, byłby silniejszy.

J'ai reçu mon produit hier et surprise au déballage...prise anglaise donc inutilisable dans l'immédiat...obligation de commander un adaptateur....rien n'est précis dans la description produit....passablement énervé...et je constate qu'il n'existe que des avis anglo-saxons....fait du hasard je suis le seul Français à avoir acheté un produit fabriqué en Angleterre....étonnant !!!!
