Review: Boy was I glad I did - I bought this on the May the Fourth sale and was moderately tentative (John Jackson Miller's "Kenobi" was passable but not really inspired in my eyes)- but out of interest in the Old Republic era (enjoying the entire series of games and a couple of the books), I gave it a shot. Boy was I glad I did! The tale is well-told and deep, much better than many of the other comics I've read- the art is top-notch and the characters are well-rounded and fit seamlessly into the Star Wars universe. Many, many props to JJM for this awesome series!

I bought this on the May the Fourth sale and was moderately tentative (John Jackson Miller's "Kenobi" was passable but not really inspired in my eyes)- but out of interest in the Old Republic era (enjoying the entire series of games and a couple of the books), I gave it a shot. Boy was I glad I did! The tale is well-told and deep, much better than many of the other comics I've read- the art is top-notch and the characters are well-rounded and fit seamlessly into the Star Wars universe. Many, many props to JJM for this awesome series!
