SUPCASE Huawei P30 Case, [Unicorn Beetle Pro Series] Full-Body Heavy Duty Holster Case with Built-in Screen Protector for Huawei P30（2019 Release） (Black) - 6.1 inches

I bought the blue one, because I wanted a little extra flair, which seeing it now, I'm pretty impressed. It feels great in my hand, so I can grip my phone with confidence finally. It lays perfectly flat on it's back now, thanks to the nice indentation they made for the back camera's. When I laid it down flat before, the camera's were protruding, so the phone had a slight wobble, plus I didn't like exposing those camera's to any pavement or whatever I set my phone down on. It does not come with a Kickstand of any sort, like other SUPCASE covers I've seen on other phone's. The little but flaps on the bottom are pretty stiff to open at first, so you can plug a charge cable in, but it seems like it's made to last through 10,000 openings, so I can forgive, plus it's extra water protection. I'm very satisfied with the quality. I don't use the extra cover and belt clip piece, but it does come with everything it showed it would up above.

This was the wrong case for my phone , shipped it back and got the right on everything with the return and funds and phone went very smooth, I then ordered the right one

The media could not be loaded.  Felt much easier and not that big and heavy like a brick (like my first hybridcase with the brand: "LOVE MEI"). I also like the holder on the back. The holder seems to be pretty solid and has not shown any sign on getting lose (at least not yet). And it holds up the phone nicely (so far) on the belt when i'm walk around.That part with the protection "glass" (this otherwise felt more like standard protection-plastic imo), i must have read the instructions wrong or something.. it felt a bit missleading on the illustrated instructions. Cause i was actually use a tweezers first and tryed to like pry off the screenprotection.Which was not the correctly way of open up the case to insert the phone!(One of the pictures shows how it's looks like now afterwards). Ended up by watching a instruction manual for this phonecase on youtube. lmao). :PDont know yet when it comes to the damage absorbing, but i haven't yet dropped it by accident on the floor yet. So on this part, i still dont know yet how much drop-damage this case will absorb.Edit: Forgot to mention one more thing...I should probably not even get bugged over this, but the edge of this case can also make it (maybe a bit) frustrating to re-organize/move the apps around.I get forced to hold with either the thumb or one of the fingers on the app in a specific order, just to move one app to the part where i have the other apps that i use the most. :P (i recorded the screen a few seconds that shows what i'm talking about).I was experience the same on my other (Love Mei)-case.Otherwise.. this problem is like a fart in the space. LOL.

It's only been an hour but I love this case. It's what I was hoping for. The fit is right on and everything seems well designed. Not surprisingly, it does add a lot more bulk, but that's a good thing when looking for superior protection.Screen protection: Note that the screen protection is a flexible sheet of plastic, so it while it will help prevent scratches, I suspect it won't help with direct impact. The fingerprint reader still works sometimes, but is definitely less reliable - but I feel that's expected. Of course, the touch experience isn't as nice on the plastic cover as it is on the naked glass of the phone, but it's very reasonable/acceptable. I added a Spigen ring to the back, as well as a metal plate to use with my magnetic desk/car mounts.

I'm comparing this to an Otter Box Defender, and will have to start with WHY I bought this. I have a brand new Huawei P30. One of the reasons I chose this phone is because it does NOT have a curved screen. Front screen protection is very important to me ((m really a klutz), and you can't get that with a curved screen. Turns out it is almost impossible to get that with this phone, too. Otterbox doesn't make a Defender for it. In fact, nearly every case by every company for it is clear (to show off the living crystal color - mine's black so that hardly matters) and exposes the front screen. I bought an OtterBox Symmetry (for double the price of this case, by the way), and it's well made - it feels cushiony and the bevel is raised to offer some protection - but it's slippery as heck. When did our vanity about our phones lead us to protection that offers no protection and no grip? Which brings me here. This case has what I was looking for. The FEEL is lighter and cheaper compared to an Otterbox, so I'm not AS confident about how it would handle drops. The screen protector is very slightly warped - you can see it if you look hard - but crystal clear and works perfectly with my touchscreen. Fingerprint reader works just as it should, and the display is as clear and sharp as if there was nothing on it. I got it in the pretty blue color and like it very much. Overall I'm quite happy with this case, and just hope I don't have to test the drop protection the hard way.I want to help you out with the most thorough review possible, but I'm not willing to do THAT for you ;-)

Well constructed and sturdy case.Great all round protection of the phone, yes some other cases are sleeker (I have two other brands of casses for this phone)The other cases don't offer the same protection if any for the screen.Buy a nice sleek one if your not bothered about replacing a broken screen, or this one if you want to keep your phone in one piece 🤔

This is as close to an OtterBox as I could get without it being an actual OtterBox.The unicorn beetle case is very durable a snaps together very easily and keeps out most unwanted debris. I have noticed a bit of small fibers, dust particles, and hair from time to time that must be removed by removing the case and phone.Easy enough, thoroughly clean and put it back together no problem.9 out of 10, highly recommend!
