Can the pre out on the 6000a be used for a sub output?

I haven't tried but see no reason why not as long as the output volume can be controlled by the 6000a.

No there is not. Amp is visible to all devices.

Can it be connected to a usa common outlet? in the back picture i see that it says 220-240v which is more like the uk standard.
