I originally asked for a refund but I would have to pay the shipping Back to china so I decided to try and bleach it and then to dye it the Color I need. synthetic hair will not bleach, there is no way to lighten synthetic hair. the only portion that is ventilated is the synthetic part. the synthetic hair is soft but in my opinion not worth the 80.00. I did not want to even put it on my head. The color was off, I could have dealt with that. I took product out and it has some type of strange smell, formaldehyde? Whatever it was , it stunk and I wasn't going to attempt to put it on my head. The seller was willing to take it back but it would have cost me just about the same amount to ship it back to China, so good money after bad. My mistake, Ill ck to make sure labels are from USA next time around. I don't recommend.
