As a gluten free girlie, I am always hunting for something that I can eat that feels and looks like it should without giving me the rumbly tummy. I got a single pack of this to try in the grocery store and loved it so much I ordered this multi-pack. Flavor sucks. MSG has been proven to be harmless- with a few exceptions of sensitive people. The MSG scare was a racist attack on the Chinese immigrants who were opening restraunts. So I am very angry there is no MSG in this. And why does everything gluten free have to be vegan and low sodium? I'm already malnourished and suffering low electrolytes from being unable to eat wheat products. I'll forgive the vegans, it's thanks to them I have the amount of gluten free choices I do. But give me my salt for heaven's sake- the salt scare and low sodium fad was created by the sugar lobbyist to distract from the fact that it was sugar causing most of the health ploblems associated with salt. Very few people actually need to lower their salt intake, and those who don't are finding themselves deficienct in electrolytes since the Daily Recommend amounts of sodium are way lower than what the average person should actually be consuming. It takes me about 20min to prepare a bowl of this, since I have to make my own flavoring. The packet that comes with this tastes like chalk. But. I'll take what I can get, and this is the best I've found.
