Looks great en my clawfoot tub, I get compliments on it all the time. Cold water cartridge broke after two years and Customer Service to get a replacement part was excellent.

Haven't installed it yet. Seems to be of good quality, but ill have more to say after the renovation is complete

Product seems to be of good quality. As a single old person, installation took awhile but got through it ok. Am hassling a bit with minor leakage at hand-held shower connection ... certainly not a critical concern.

What a wonderful faucet for my claw foot tub; it matches the tub, and it is a nice addition to my antique-inspired bathroom. It’s made well and is very easy to install, especially with the included adapter for different faucet holes.

It was beautiful and sturdy and I was thrilled until after insallation when I found it had defective parts. Pin holes in the casting of the inside elbow of one of the swing arms ejected several tiny but forceful streams of water out the back of the unit. I emailed the company and they agreed to send replacement parts. They even sent a picture of them in chrome finish so I knew what to expect. This was all done in a very timely fashion and, so far, was business as usual and not a problem. Then, when the parts arrived, they were the WRONG finish. They sent BLACK replacement parts instead of chrome. We have been emailing back and forth and it seems they don't understand (?) that they sent the wrong parts, haven't acknowleged that fact inspite of more pictures I sent, haven't agreed to correct the problem, and insist they already sent the parts. As days pass, I expect less and less from this company. I understand mistakes can be made but I expected better customer service and not a runaround. How silly of me. I am really not surprised, all things considered. So, if you order this item, MAYBE you will not get a defective unit, and if you do and you try to get replacement parts, MAYBE you will get the right ones, and if you don't, MAYBE they will correct their mistake...............so my question remains: do you feel lucky? Well, DO YA?

The oil rub faucet looks exceptional with the contrast of the white tub. Easy to install

These taps are absolutely impressive. They are beautiful with a great finish. They fit perfectly to replace our original antique faucet. Easy to install and well made. Will buy again.
