It's a great product for this price. I use it for vinyasa yoga and piyo, the cushioning is perfect, I don't even need a knee pad anymore (which I needed with mats made of other materials). It doesn't slip (I use it on concrete floor). The alignment marks are very useful for beginners like myself. It comes with a carrying strap and a carrying bag. I love it!

Very nice texture to stand on. The guide lines are great. The carrying bag is nice and it also came with a purple kind of shoe lace strap. I took it to a yoga class yesterday and it was great, wasn't slippery when I got sweaty.

I have used this yoga mat for one month，it very comfortabel and easy to carry，the cloor is very beautiful. the deside is very good，i like the angles and lines marked on it . The front and back of the mat are non-slip.I LIKE IT!

Great length for tall individuals. I was impressed that such a thin mat can be soft and cushion the joints nicely. Excellent grip, no sliding on floor. Flattens out nicely after being rolled. The designs on it are a great guide for stretching and exercises so you can line up properly and keep track of progress. My only downside is the bottom of the mat is bright pink (got the purple one). This is not ideal for outdoor use because will get dirty quickly.

This is a great mat! Very comfortable and no slip, good knee support too. Great for a beginner as it has markings for body part placement and alignment for many yoga poses. Good choice, would highly recommend.
