Good multi vitamin for teen girls
Overall I feel that this is a 5 star vitamin. I have been looking for a good multi-vitamin for my 13 year old daughter. These checked off all the important boxes for me. I wanted to make sure she was getting the nutrients she needs and felt that she was too old for gummies and they didn't necessarily provide everything she needed. They are a little big for him to swallow, and I don't understand why they are a different color and flaver as compared to the boys version that my son takes. But, we just cut them in 1/2 and no problems. They are a little more expensive than what I would like to pay, but worth it. We take every night with dinner and there are no stomach issues or problems with her not being able to sleep. Overall very happy and will be buying again.

Good vitamin, no issues with size
My 12-year-old daughter had a bit of trouble swallowing these at first due to the larger pill size, but now she has no trouble at all. She says they do taste a bit bad, but there is no aftertaste. She's been taking these for several months (one with breakfast and one with dinner) and says she hasn't noticed any difference in how she feels, but she "hasn't really been paying attention." As a parent, I'm happy with the ingredients and % values listed on the bottle and will continue to purchase.

One GNC Multivitamin Has All Your Teen Needs
I have two teenage girls 14 and 16 whose busy lives don't include always eating a balanced meal. I have full trust In the GNC brand of multivitamins as my husband and I have been taking them for over 40 yrs. I know the girls will benefit from having a daily multivitamin, keeping them more alert for learning and physically strong and healthy in the ever changing environment public schools offer.

Great teen vitamin
My teen girls love these vitamins and take them daily. They do NOT love gummy vitamins so this is the best option we have found. They do not hurt their stomach and easy to swallow, even being a larger pill.

Ordered this product for my daughter. They are very big and difficult to swallow. However I noticed that my daughter had increased energy.
