Great vitamins for my teen boy! It is a pain to have to take two but there are so many great nutrients in them it's all good. I recommend these for teens a re a bit "food picky" or are just needing extra immune support.

I got these for my teen and I’ve been using them for a while now. They’re easy enough to take, no weird taste or anything. The ingredient list looks solid. Hard to say “day-to-day” changes, but overall energy and focus seem fine. No stomach issues so far, which is good because that’s usually a problem with vitamins. The pills are a bit on the larger side, so that might bother some teens. Also, they’re not super cheap compared to basic multivitamins.

I see that my son does well with these... IF... he takes them every day. Sometimes it's a challenge for a 15 yr old to remember or even have the desire to take his vitamins every day. I literally have to put them in his hands to make sure, but we're not together all the time because of our schedules. Maybe if these came in chewables -because he likes chewables- I'd have better success. For now, I'm subscribed to this multi.
