Christine Le Tennier Yuzu Flavor Pearls, 7oz Jar

You’ll love these pearls of flavor. I love texture and they pop when you bite is similar to caviar but with a yummy citrus flavor. Really great with so many different foods. Cheese, crackers and fruit.

It was shipped with plenty of tape around the lid but it still leaked. Fortunately for me, it was in an envelope alone so no other products were affected. The liquid is a bit murky. Will be brave and try....possibly with alcohol just in case! UPDATE: Product is more than fine. In fact, it's lovely and perfect. Shipping is not the manufacturer's fault.

Great for adding a high punchy note to a dessert or canapé. The juice can be useful too at the end, just reduce it to a syrup and use accordingly

I bought this with the black Cavi-art to make vegetarian latke amuse bouches. It looked pretty and the flavors were decent, but the "yuzu" flavor was more like weak lemon juice. Maybe they could have used oil from the rind to give it a stronger flavor. Maybe some of the other flavors are better? I was disappointed, plus the cost was way too high for a tiny glass jar condiment. I won't by again and will stick with the Caviart as affordable vegan caviar alternative.

I love the yuzu (citrus) flavor of these beads sprinkled atop a salad. They are so different and delicious. Could be used in a lemon drop martini or even iced tea and impress everyone!

Do not purchase this product. The jar had clearly been opened. There was a deep indent on the side of the jar lid. It was closed hand tight and leaked juice all over. Other people have written comments on leaky jars. There is a "No return" policy for this product as well.

I ordered balsamic pearls from another company, came all liquid no pearls. In my search for another balsamic pearl product , I stumbled upon these and they are so delicious

Great customer service. I had a problem and they took care of it. It's a wonderful product. The other flavors are great too. People are unfamiliar with it so it is fun to food items.
