I am 5'4" 125lbs and I ordered the X-small. At the hips it flares out dramatically (I took in the seams on the sides of the jacket to take away the flare and it is the perfect fit once those are taken in) - if you are not willing to take in those seams, you will likely not like the way it looks. I felt ridiculous wearing it before I took in the seams. I rarely will buy something that I have to alter right off the bat because I don't have time to do that very often. But I loved the rest of the jacket and to me it was absolutely worth it.
