Any foreseeable bottleneck?** A: There are only 2 twisted pair for data, 100 megabits per second, not full 4, with the remaining 2 twisted pair isolated for POE Power over Ethernet only. The perk of this product is no unexpected stray voltage on 10/100/1000 devices each end. They will have to adjust down to 100 on 2 pairs. Faster cable would be overkill where the hope is stray voltage on remaining pairs might damage a 1000 mbps capable device not designed to protect against that. Should not hurt but won't see the advantage of a faster capable wire, **Q: Has anyone used this with an ASUS RT-AC66u?** A: I have used it with the ASUS RT-AC68U. The only issue is that it only supports 10/100Mbps (the router supports 1Gbps). **Q: Is the injector and splitter the same except with different plugs?
