I started these 3 weeks ago, I have noticed great improvements. I can focus and get things done, I am actually finding joy in the things I like to do. Before this I was struggling with my adhd and depression badly. I have no insurance and so wasn't able to see a doctor and get help or prescriptions and now i feel like i can actually live again not just survive. I can say full heartedly these have changed my life. I don't feel like I am hopelessly drowning anymore. My husband even agrees and says he has missed me smiling this much.
