They weren't gelled nor even sticky. They were tacky. I even tried using my own eye serum and applying these over top of them to no avail. They wouldn't even stay long enough to use them applying my eyeshadow and liner I also choose the color pink there was nothing pink about them. The one star was for the amount in the bag and that's it.
