Where on the bag do you inject a syringe?

I've just injected to the side of the filter. Then immediately covered the injection site with micropore tape.

Are these presealable? 0.5 often are

The ones we got are not we use a heat sealer to close them

to the manufacturer: do these bags melt in the autoclave? sounds like a nightmare!

I don't know about using them in an autoclave. But they've survived 2.5 hours at 15 PSI in my pressure cooker.
