The standart has a little lateral moviment. I think this one os better.
The 0 degree is for pro Bikers.

These cleats give you a feel that's very close to the release angle & float of Shimano while using the Mallet or Mallet E pedals. They loosen up quickly so they really aren't a zero degree float and the 10 degree release angle is just right. These are the cleats that should come standard with the pedals.
