Review: Item works great but have stool softners ready! - So this product does what it says it will by helping you "shred" your mid section. I did it in the morning and before bed with a sauna vest for workouts. This product shreds your mid section and your love handles (oblique area) by removing excess water from these areas and leabing your skin feeling firmer from the removal. Now with that, it also seems to pull water from your stomach area making your body loose the fluids that help keep things soft when going #2. Do not make the same mistake i did and get a week in and realize it was too late to account for this. Thank me later sonyou dont have to give birth to a monolith later. Results are temporary fyi perfect before a show or beach season to keep that water weight off for beach season try to start 2 weeks in advance to reap the benefit! Review: It really works - The first time I ordered this product I was a little bit skeptical because you know everyone promises results, but they take time or hard to see, however this product really changed my mind. If you do workout and use it the right way you will start to note the difference and see the results as soon as 2 weeks..., keep in mind that when you are using this products you will not see any changes or notice the difference right way, but I do think that to see results in 2 weeks is amazing. Now lets be real you will feel the gel is working from the very first time you use it because you will feel in the application zone a little burn and this sensations will keep every time you use it. It is a very good product I totally recommend it. ## Features - Caffeine: Supports skin firmness and discourages cellulite by stimulating the catabolism of lipids - Discourages Cellulite: Lipocare fights fat by stimulating the catabolism of lipids - Improved Skin Tone: Contains palmitoyl carnitine, which supports firmness and skin tonicity - Great for Bodybuilders: Helps reveal the chiseled muscles bodybuilders work so hard for - BPI Sports: A sports nutrition company offering high-quality supplements, diets, and fitness advice ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #448,461 in Beauty & Personal Care ( See Top 100 in Beauty & Personal Care ) #4,405 in Body Creams | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 out of 5 stars 3,541 Reviews | ## Product Details - **Brand:** BPI Sports - **Scent:** Unscented - **Item Form:** Gel - **Material Feature:** Gel - **Number of Items:** 1 ## Images ![BPI Sports Shredding Gel - Skin Toning Gel for Men and Women with Caffeine and Palmitoyl Carnitine - Powered with Lipocare Vexel - 8 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51NgLI3oaKL.jpg) ![BPI Sports Shredding Gel - Skin Toning Gel for Men and Women with Caffeine and Palmitoyl Carnitine - Powered with Lipocare Vexel - 8 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/517QaZIBimL.jpg) ![BPI Sports Shredding Gel - Skin Toning Gel for Men and Women with Caffeine and Palmitoyl Carnitine - Powered with Lipocare Vexel - 8 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61cg1djFKwL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can you apply this before bed and it still be affect like other brands out there?** A: Tyler, Shredding Gel is effective prior to sleep and upon waking.
