When I shave my head I can do it almost mindlessly, withour worrying about sticking to a particular outline, and without applying too much pressure. But when I shave my beard, I first have to use the back of the razor to trim it as it is thicker, then go over it with the foil, all while navigating my nose/lips, etc and sticking to the outline of the beard.
