**Q: Is this sulfate free?**
A: In 2017 the co. Tweeted it is sulfate free. You can Google this to check more thoroughly.

**Q: Is this genuine?  direct from pk this is £69 for 1 litre.  the genuine article is lovely shampoo, and does help the problem.**
A: The last order of 1000ml flaky shampoo was £55 20p directly from the Philip Kingsley website. I would not recommend going through Amazon.

**Q: Does ot have a pump dispenser?**
A: Hi the 1000ml size Philip Kingsley come with a pump attached. Thanks TheHairShop

**Q: Is this shampoo supposed to be really thick, almost jelly like? It comes out of the bottle in blobs and stays like that.**
A: The shampoo is quite think but mine doesn't come out in blobs. I do put some of the shampoo in another bottle and mix with water and use that, otherwise I use too much shampoo and it is expensive but certainly works. Good luck.
