Only slight grip is if you drop the case it does protect the glasses but it can cause the case to come unglued. Case still works but the one face is now a little lose. Love that they haave no nose pieces (don't need them) but bear in mind the ends of the arms for over the ears are not as secure as with standard glasses. Will absolutely buy another (stronger) pair when needed.... Being made of plastic they do break after a while, especially in the way that I punish them by sitting on them inadvertently. But purchasing them through desertcart this is a much better deal - even though not "cheap", it is much more in line with the price I am ready to pay for a product that is so useful and convenient.
