I have a size 33 inch waistline and weigh 155lbs. I bought size large based on the size chart but it was really too big for me. I reached out to the seller about the sizing and they said that they will send out a smaller vest without any extra charge to me. Plus I don't even HAVE to send the large one back to them. This I can deal with.As for performance, I will update that when I receive the small vest. I am excited to wear this during my workouts on my treadmill. It’s super comfortable. The straps do not dig into your shoulders. I ordered the size based on their measurements for comfort but to get the curve aspect order a smaller size. You will definitely sweat if your exercise is intense enough. The zipper doesn’t want to stay zipped all the way but it never unzipped or zipped down on me. The material is soft and will make you sweat. The only thing I hate is the shoulder straps are big. I opted for a medium and I should have just ordered a small size. It someone says its doesn't roll up in the back or kinda on the sides, yeah they might be telling a lie because it does roll up some not a lot. It does make you sweat a little but I assume if you are working out you will sweat a lot. I wear it to bed at night and I have some moisture. I do believe that it is doing its job to get my stomach down some.
