Copco 5237160 Reusable, Insulated Double Wall Travel Mugs 16-ounce White/Black , 2 Count ( Pack of 1)

These are simple travel cups. They work, don't leak, and I'm not going to be out a lot of money if my family or l leave them somewhere. They won't keep hot drinks warm hours. They are not double-walled cups, and they do not have anything to prevent leaks if the cup falls over. They do the job needed to be done, allow us to bring drinks along with us.

Lid leaks. I bought 4 of these cups. 3 work great, the other one leaks. I contacted customer service and was told they couldn't offer a replacement lid. Disappointing.

Decent quality and better than buying Starbucks. Small for me but normal coffee size. Doesn't hold much heat but better than paper.

Excellent customer service! One of the lids was defective I contacted Copco directly and they immediately within 2 days shipped me two new cups! I wasn't expecting them to send me two new cups just one as a replacement but they sent me two and for that I am impressed! I do recommend these cups they are awesome and a great price very well made!

Overall Good product and for the money. First few times using it I had coffee leak out of the cup Needless to say I was not happy. So I looked it over and played with it till I figured out the lid needs to be screwed on very tightly or it leaks and it is working but I wont lie I still check, and I have no confidence in it now. It is screw on and that to me was a bonus and it is easy to clean. Then the top came off and the small cap broke off after washing after about a week or so. YES good product looks good but deceiving The product Does LEAK a lot and the coffee does NOT at all stay cold past a good 30 minutes. Great price But POOR performance and the non slip grip comes loose but slides back on to me that was annoying and not expected. GOOD quality holders are about the same price so I recommend buying a better quality and one that will keep your beverages hot and not cold after 30 minutes Overall I returned them VERY VERY Disappointing and misleading product.

These mugs are attractive, fit nicely in my car cup holder, are microwavable and dishwasher safe. I was looking for a mug that I could warm up my tea in the microwave but all the travel mugs in the stores weren't microwavable. because they were metal This set is plastic and fits my needs great! I like the flip top to prevent spills too. Update: The O-ring (rubber ring inside the lid) keeps coming out. I try pushing it back in but it keeps coming out resulting in the cup leaking when I drink. I'm revising my 5 star to 3 stars since I've only had the mug since October 2024. This is January 2025.

I love the size of the cups. They work well for me. Because they have an insulated band around them it’s easier to carry and my hands don’t get burned when I’m using them. The best thing is that they are micro wave safe.
