Nice chalk. Dries out quickly and definitely works

Aids grip and enables a couple of extra reps. Essential gym purchase and always borrowed by everyone at my gym. A small amount will last the workout.

Very good, works quickly, very grippy, and washes off easily. I wouldn’t recommend for pole dancing which is what I bought it for but very good for grip in general.

I bought the keychain version for the gym so i could attach to my car keys and it’s been great. The chalk itself is brilliant. only need a small amount of the liquid and it drys quickly. I don’t lift super heavy but i struggle with grip on 16kg dumbbells during RDLs and this has been a good help. I would recommend trying this brand and the practicality of the keychain is great

I’ve used many different types of chalk over the years and this, by far, is the worst. How can you get liquid chalk wrong? Perhaps I’ve got a bad batch but this offers almost zero grip. I weigh 73kilos and deadlift 215kilos asa PB. Warming up means running through 160, 170, 185, 195 and today, I knew there was a problem at 185 as my grip … just wasn’t there. Nothing wrong with my strength as I borrowed a mate’s chalk and 195 zipped up, no probs. Not a happy deadlifter. Edit - after several months I’ve upgraded this chalk from 1 to 3 stars. I left the cap off for a few days and it lost some of its excess moisture. It’s drier now and more grippy. I’d have given it more stars from the start if that’s how it arrived.

Ich nutze das Liquid fürs Pole Dance. Es nimmt die Feuchtigkeit von den Händen, ohne dass man dabei festklebt. Das heißt, dass man guten Grip hat, aber z.B. Spins an der Static Pole dennoch möglich sind. Dabei ist es sehr ergiebig: Für eine Trainingseinheit reicht mir in der Regel eine 1-Cent-Stück große Menge (an besonders heißen Tagen auch mal zwei). Wer fürs Pole allerdings ein Liquid sucht, das extra Grip verleiht (also tendentiell eher klebrig ist), der sollte sich für ein anderes Produkt entscheiden.

This product is easy to clean off clothing, hands, and weights. It works really well to create a dependable dry grip. I have used it to dead lift, shrug, and lunge carry hundreds of pounds. It has not failed. I highly recommend using a text duty dry hands lotion or cream after. If not, your callouses will likely break and bleed.

Such a good product! Works perfectly and protects your hands! You just have to rub your hands together for a minute or so for the liquid to transform. Comes off easily also!

I was used to using regular chalk at my old gym but then moved to another town and the gym I joined has a "liquid chalk only" policy. So I bought this stuff and have been amazed at how good it is! You only need a tiny amount to coat your hands and the stuff dries in seconds and feels and looks like regular chalk. Takes away all sweat and oil to make for a stronger grip and less friction (no calluses!) You will leave chalk marks on the bar and floor (after burpees) but it's an easy clean up. Highly recommend.
