I wear a size 11, so I purchased the 11-12 size, and they were too small by a fairly wide margin. They were also too narrow, although they probably would've widened over time. That being said, I do not recommend the stairs with these as your foot could slip out due to no heel hold to keep your foot in them. I use mine when I get up, getting ready for bed, and getting in and after a shower. The material and warmth are nice. I didn't notice any arch support but why would a slip on have them? I like them, I just make sure of what I'm walking on since your foot is not secured in them.
