The freshest coffee crop, smells wonderfully , complex flavours. *by A***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 May 2019* This coffee goes through a honey drying process, you can see this clearly in the photos, a thin orange layer. I didin't know much about this honey process and after I googled it, I found that the skin and the pulp from the coffee cherry are removed, but some or all of the mucilage remains. The coffee beans, are sticky (like honey) with mucilage, and stored to ferment for 1-3 days. This coffee is pleasant when it comes to flavor, with an extra hint of sweetness. Complex, sweet, heavy-bodied, and with a mellow acidity.I have pre heated my oven for 15 min at 220 C°. I inserted the coffee beans at same tempeture and after 7:30 min I could hear the first crack. At 10:00 min I took the beans out and put it on a sieve to cool down.I roasted 2 x 250 g . After the coffee cooled down I used the resealable bag for the coffee degas for 2 days.Unbelievable aroma when I opened the bag. Then I grinded it and used 16 ml water for each gram on my filter coffee maker.Next purchase I will definitely go for the 1 Kg bag . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great tasting beans. *by J***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 October 2019* Great green coffee beans . I brought these beans up to 220.0C in my 'Gene cafe' roaster, held them at this temperature for two minuets, then brought them up to 230.0C and held for another two minutes and repeated this step at 240.0C before moving on to the cooling stage. Coffee first tried after giving the beans 24hrs to de gas. Coffee was good but after another 24 hrs the coffee tasted much better. I first make a double espresso and used that to make a cappuccino.
