Short and sweet review! I was looking for an Organic Cinnamon as part of my health regiment and after a lot of research ended up choosing this product. Oh my it's really good! I put about half the bag into a counter top glass container with a sealed lid to keep it fresh. Superb taste, superb texture. Mixes well in various drinks. I use it mostly in my morning coffee and it froths a bit when stirred. Not much else to say about it. It's fantastic, has a great price for the quantity and it's Organic! Go for it! You won't be disappointed.

It's a another wonderful bulk organic product from Frontier. But be forewarned that this cinnamon is not for daily consumption due to its high amounts of naturally occurring coumarin, a substance that is toxic to the liver if consumed daily. Every non "Ceylon" cinnamon has this is varying degrees. For that reason I made the switch to Frontier Organic's Ceylon cinnamon. Otherwise this product tastes and smells great.

i used to ground my own cinnamon from the sticks to ensure freshness. After 20 years that got tiresome. I'd purchased Frontier spices before and had no issues with freshness so I figured why not? Opening the well sealed bag was a delight for my olfactory senses; I love the smell of cinnamon and anyone who uses it constantly in their cooking or baking knows what I mean. The spice is evenly ground, rich in color, and velvety to touch. Way better than what I was achieving grinding my own cinnamon sticks. I want those 20 years back! I filled up 3 containers and then shared the rest with friends. It'll be awhile before I need cinnamon again, but my next organic spice purchase will be from Frontier.

This is great and potent. Definitely better than most I've had from the grocery store local. Seems very fresh and flavorful.

The flavor is very good and the quantity for the price is excellent. The cinnamon is finely powdered and flows freely from a regular shaker bottle without plugging the holes. However, the package IS NOT RESEALABLE, so you must have storage capacity to keep the generous quantity fresh. I filled a regular sized shaker bottle and two 2-cup plastic screw-top storage containers with the contents.

This is my favorite cinnamon and I’ve tried a lot of organic brands. I love this brand in general but the Vietnamese cinnamon is also the best tasting cinnamon I’ve ever used.

I honestly can't believe the difference between this cinnamon and regular "store-bought" cinnamon. This actually has a sweet taste. I use it every day in my coffee. Today I baked oatmeal cookies with it and I could really taste a difference. I will definitely buy this again.
