Replacing them fixed the "open door" message, also causing the light staying off when door is opened. No recurrence since, 1 week counting. Kept a microwave out of the landfill. Tips: Installation took me an hour first time, you'll need some dexterity and a T10 torx. Highly recommend sketching a diagram or photo before disassembly. The flat quick connectors have a nob (you can see it if you pull the rubber covers back), press it down with a small pliers and they release easily.
