How do you flip the pancake to cook the top side?

Once the first side of the pancake is set, gently pull heart ring up and remove ring. Then flip pancake to set other side.

Can you use them on stainless steal pan?

These are non stick but I still spray them with Pam spray. I have only used them in a Teflon pan but I don't see why you can't use is a stainless steel pan

Can it be put in the oven?

i have not tried to put in oven.. but i would say no as the handles are made of wood..
