Easy Find Lids Food Storage Container, 9 Cup, Racer Red

Convenient two cup size that is hard to find in my local stores. Easy fit lids and great Rubbermaid quality.

It's a Rubbermaid. Seals food and keeps it fresh, works in the microwave, and dishwasher safe. It's great that you can purchase a few, instead of an entire set, at a decent price.

These are "true" Rubbermaid, not the flimsy fakes that have used a variation of the Rubbermaid name. My only complaint is that, once they're on, the lids are kind of hard to remove. Also, they are supposed to be microwaveable, but they aren't vented, so I'm not sure how that would work. Anyway, they're solid, if you can get the top off without spilling what's inside.

I find these containers useful in many venues. I like this particular size because it is small enough to be stored in a kitchen cabinet but large enough to stir up a cake mix in. I can use them to clean food or kitchen utensils. They can hold a good amount of grains or beans in the pantry. They can hold cherries or leftovers in the refrigerator or crayons in the arts & crafts area. They are strong and durable, easy to open but stay firmly locked when desired. Their square footprint make them efficient when used for storage. Also, the tops can be stored underneath the containers when not in use. I can, and do, buy other containers for use in the kitchen and around the house. But I think these Rubbermaid containers are the most versatile of them all. Plastic can be difficult to clean at times, especially when greasy. If you cannot put it into the dishwasher and have hard water, as we do in our part of the country, baking soda added to dish detergent can work wonders. They'll rinse off squeaky clean and ready for reuse.

A great product and easy to store. I haven't experienced any issues regarding staining and use them for everything including spaghetti sauce.

lid closes pretty tight, through not airtight. good sized and as described and quality is good. item arrived on time.

I can't eyeball container sizes at all and I am also used to meal planning containers. I plan on making soup in bulk in the future and realized I would need a lot of containers for the freezer. I bought a test package of these and they are perfectly sized for soup portioning. Build quality is excellent and much better than I'm used to. I'll be buying many more of these in the near future.
