I love grilling County Style Ribs, but using 12" tongs to turn 30 or 40 ribs every 15 minutes will cook your hand. These are over 17" long and keeps your hands away from the heat. They are well made and sturdy, no fear of dropping anything you pick up with them. Although I've not used the knives for what I cook, I can see where they may come in handy (one side is serrated knives and one side is smooth knives). They are perfect for what I do, so nice to see an American designed product that lives up to their promises. I've always used a wire brush to clean the grill, but I may have to try your Coil Brush and see how I like it! WTG Shark BBQ.

The ULTIMATE, INCREDIBLE, BBQ Tool of all time! No more meat slipping out of tongs. The little ridges at end of tool gently hang on, but don't puncture the meat! Sturdy, heavy (but not too), well-crafted tool. We LOVE it.

These are kind of an unusual design. I like them. Work great on vegetables and sausages and maybe a maximum of cut up chicken. Does not work on whole chicken, pork butt, etc.. In their defense, I don't think they were designed to. Good control and works great on the medium to small stuff.

I love this thing. Grilled ribs the other day. Lots of ribs! This thing is sturdy for the big stuff. I like the size of the grabber part (don’t care what the technical name is). Extends far enough not to burn the crap out of my hands. My dog wishes they weren’t so great so I would drop more stuff. But I love them.

I BBQ almost nightly. I was very hopeful about these tongs would be great. They are sturdy, but not easy to use. I found it hard to pick up a drumstick, steak, hotdog, etc. to turn them over. The end surface is too long, flat and comes to a point, not allowing for a good grip on certain meats. They are a bit heavy and cumbersome too. Not easy to open and close. I do not recommend them.

My sturdy and strong BBQ tongs broke after years of frequent use. These worked great on both flipping sausages and butterflies chicken breasts. Also was strong enough to rotate a 3lb trip trip and reach the back of the grill keeping my hands away from the heat. Recommend!

Packaged well; tong end is sharp, textured, and able to be cleaned easily (no hidden or hard to clean edges or indentations). Super long reach which is great for back of the grill when you have to get back there. No sagging with the scissor design, which is awesome. Time will tell how durable, but first few uses, and these are a great investment. Father's Day anyone?

These are good because they are long, very heavy duty and has a serrated edge at the bottom.
