Hi, that is a great question! This VHF does have a loud Hiller option at 30 watts. This radio has almost endless options for mounting and remote mics, as well as GPS and AIS features. It will also talk to your NAVIMO MFD directly. It’s a really awesome radio. Bill SendI Sailing

No. This does not have AIS Transmitter built in. Only receiver….

Is the color on this really "beige" as mentioned in the title? Or is it a black radio in a beige box?
