will 6 packs be enough?

For me no it wasn’t smh. The first time ordered it came with 7 packs and 22 strands per loop. That was enough for me to have some left over hair. This time I order it only came with 6 packs and 16-17 strangs per loop. I realized Monday night I wasn’t going to have enough hair and had to next day ship another pack from another seller. I’m leaving to go out of town early Wednesday and almost freaked out thinking I was going to be able to finish my hair! Smh..

Question 2

Has anyone tried washing this hair before installing? If so, does it still come out ok?

I did an ACV soak and rinsed it out before installing and it was fine! There wasn't much product coming off of it (which is good) and the hair was still in tact. A little frizz, but nothing ridiculous!

Question 3

How many strands to you recommend using for each twist?

I like my hair mid back length so I take one strand, cut it in half then put the two halves together.  I use 2.5 packs of hair and it falls into natural layers.  I can wear it in a ponytail, a bun, other styles, or  out.  Family members thought it was my own hair.  It blends well.  If you want a much fuller look  you can add 3 strands and install smaller sections. Best of luck!

Does this hair come in loose sections and you have to twist it yourself? Or does it come in individual crochet twists that are ready to install?

No it comes in a pack like regular braiding  hair. It is like wavy hair. Yes you have to twist it yourself.
