The only reason I gave bad review is because we all agreed that this was a GREA RICE SUBSTITUE and then it was gone. The noodles aren’t so goo ( rubbery) butbb be the rice was the perfect no carb rice and there are no others that are good . SO SORRY TO SEE THEM GO ! If anyone know where to still by , please post THX

Best if used in a dish with a lot of flavor. Even better if mixed in with cauliflower rice as it helps fluff it up. If using out of the pack, make sure you rinse it well. Texture may not be everyone’s bowl of rice ;) but it gets better if cooked a little. Has a bite to it when straight out of the pack; best way I could describe it would be al dente.

I just need to be consistent in eating it to continue to lose weight

This is an excellent alternative to regular pasta. cooked it with a little oil and garlic in the frying pay and it came out great. Really enjoyed the product.

I expected 5 packages because that's what the description said, plus I receive the product on October 7th,2022 and its expiration date is October 8th,2022. And the product cannot be returned.

Great taste easy to use!! No boiling just drain and mix with sauce!!

Bought these for my husband when he was doing keto. He hated them. Complained about the consistency and how it would just "go through him". He tried three different noodles and several recipes and asked me not to buy them anymore.
