Every time I accelerate too quickly the phone falls out of this holder onto the floor. It would probably work better without the case or with a thinner phone as the arms do not seem to grab around the sides completely. The charging function works fine when it stay in the holder. After being frustrated for three months of use, I plan on gluing some extensions on the arms or getting a new charger altogether.Edit: I've continued using this for a few months and my Samsung galaxy S9 phone keeps falling out of it when I hit the gas.
