3 Barrel water feature
Bought this lovely water feature last May 2020 & the pump has stopped working. It hasn't been used over the winter as it was put away in our shed. Bit disappointed that it's only lasted for about 7 - 8 months & the pump has stopped working. Thought it would last longer than this Sent this message to the company I bought it from, here is their reply - Hello, we are sorry but the item has been bought more than an year ago so unfortunately we can't accept a claim. Thank you Disappointed with that reply as I always try to buy British. We've found a replacement pump for £20 but they didn't even mention that or offer a discount seeing as it's only been used for a few months. Bas customer service.
