The gloves are reasonably well manufactured, decent stitching, but there were a few loose threads and frayed ends. The main padding in them is for the heel of the palm, with a smaller section of padding just below the fingers. The finger and thumb section are entirely unpadded, and that may be an issue for some people.But the slightly bigger issue is the sizing. - I'd debated whether to go for L (my usual) or XL size, and went for XL after reading someone else's comment about them being a little small. - I'm glad I did. - The XL is still a bit tight on me, and the L size I'd never have got over my hands.
