Champion mens Double Dry 6-pair Pack Cotton-rich Low Cut athletic socks

I love these socks and they are my new favorite. They’re just basic cotton socks but they absorb sweat and moisture, are nice and thick and provide a great cushion, our soft and have no funky seams or stitches on the inside. When I’m on my last pair I have to remember to run a load of whites so I have these available to wear the next day. I have plenty of other socks but I always reach for these.

Champion definitely makes great socks. Some of the best out there. I currently have 2 different styles of Champion ankle socks. One of them is low cut ankle sock and the other is a no-show ankle sock. Those I purchased at a department store and even though they are very pricey I would still buy a dozen at a time.So I searched Amazon to see if I can get a better deal when I found these ones. They looked somewhat similar to the ones I bought locally, although these Amazon ones are NOT completely gray on the bottom of the sock like the ones I buy locally.I prefer all grey on the bottom since I sometimes walk around my apartment with just my socks on.Anyhow, when they arrived I noticed they did look a bit more slim and not quite as thick as the ones I buy locally.Oh well I already had them so I went ahead and washed them first.When I got them out of the dryer they had shrunk quite a bit, so don't be shocked if after washing them they end up looking like little boys socks lol. These did come out looking tiny!Even so they did fit once I put them on, however they are a very different fit than the Champion ankle socks I buy locally. These are a very slim, tight, snug fit. I can see these being good for joggers or bicyclists, or just people that like a very snug fitting sock.Between these Amazon Champion ankle socks and the Champion ankle socks I buy locally, I would say I prefer the ones I buy locally because they are not so tight fitting.I don't believe the tight fit to be a mistake or design flaw, I just think it's a certain style of sock meant for people that like that sort of tight fit.I work all day long on my feet, between 10 to 12 hours, so I prefer a more relaxed fitting sock. Not loose but relaxed.As I already mentioned, the locally purchased Champion ankle socks also appear to be a bit thicker than these Amazon Champion ankle socks, so it seems to be that these ones might not last as long as the ones I usually buy locally. These are still good socks though.I will update on the durability of them after I've had them for a while.

These are good ankle socks. The band around the ankle is not overly tight so they don't leave marks, but they stay put right where they should. The bottom is nice and thick and is comfy to walk in. Seem to be holding up okay after a couple months, but they do look like they will wear in the ball of the foot faster than anywhere else. They are a great product for the money.

Got these for my 13 yr old who wears a size 13 shoes. Ordered them specifically because 1. He wears all things "Champion" and 2. They had a "big & tall" option, since regular sized socks seem to slip off the back of his foot...He loves them. Well, to be fair I ordered these in March, and he probably only has like 1 sock left... but they were really good quality, thick, fit his big foot, & held up to 13 year old sasquach foot.The only thing that would have made them better is tracking devices in each sock. I think he may sell dirty socks on ebay. Even my mom has called & asked why he goes thru 1 pack of socks a month.

These socks fit my tweens, teens and me. They are comfortable and do not shrink noticeably. They have not pilled, although they have only been washed a few times. A little thinner than some socks, but since they are cotton they still cushion. I don't believe the marketing campaign to make it sound like polyester is suddenly a wonder fabric is working, at least not for me.

So basically made the decision that I would throw out all of my oddly matched pairs of socks in favor of one master set of socks so that they were easy to find pairs for. Long socks do not work well with shorts. White Sox do not work well with dress up pants. So my natural conclusion is to use short black socks for everything. I've purchased probably about seven or eight packages of these socks and I love them. They work great. I've come back three separate times to keep purchasing refills as socks eventually get holes in the bottoms of them. I hope they never stop making this style and packaging of this sock because then I will have to throw out all my socks and start all over again with a different brand. Best friend thankfully this brand has been pretty reliable so far in maintaining their line.

Just as described fairly thick and comfortable and fit well (size 9 foot).

Socks look as pictured. These are the only socks my husband will wear as he says with the material blend his feet do not sweat and smell like when he was younger. This is the only place I’ve been able to find them so he gets a few packs every year for Christmas!
