Does this contain actual sandalwood oil, real or synthetic?

Not sure but it is much stronger than any essential oil I have bought so far.

Can i just spread it all over my body as a cologne?

Yeah you can. Don’t forget it’s fragrance oil. Remember it’s not cologne so it’s not as strong. I was disappointed because it did not really smell like sandalwood as I know it. It definitely smelled like vanilla. But sandalwood is hard to find. When you find it, it costs an arm and a leg.

Is this scent similar to bath and body works vanilla birch?

Similar. But alittle more Woody. It’s a great scent!
