Why do i get a message saying this item is not eligible for shipping to my home address in fort worth, texas?

I see reviewers mention this tiny stick, yet the description says it's 6.5x2x3 inches, which doesn't makes sense for a cylindrical stick.

Oh have an older version of this which was closer to the size of the tin it comes in. The ones I just received are such a disappointment. About half the diameter and shorter. I loved these until I received a replacement today. No thanks.

Why is this scratch remover leaving such an oily finish on my vinyl plank flooring? Does the oily spot go away? Is this not meant for vinyl?

I have used it repeatedly on my vinyl floors and it is nothing short of amazing. Try putting it on a little lighter and buff off the excess with a chammy. Wonder if your not taking up the excess after using the product? It’s a gem. Installers put a pretty deep scratch in my new floor moving a new range in. I panicked. Then the stick took it out in a minute. Please try again.
