Essential for Automotive DIY Projects
This is a must for anyone working on a car. Many of the bolts in a car require low-end torque for proper tightening. A regular torque wrench, which goes down to 120 in-lbs, is not a good fit for these bolts. The error is usually considerably high toward the low and high torque limits on a wrench. This is a very well made torque wrench from Titan. I used on several projects on my Honda and found it to be quite accurate. With proper care, this instrument should provide many years of satisfactory service.

A very good and accurate torque wrench
I had a tool chest full of very old and cheap beam and clicker torque wrenches that I no longer trust their accuracy. The cheaper clicker wrenches when torque is hit did not click and break off torque. I installed a head gasket on my wifes car using the cheap click wrenches. The gasket blew in 3000 miles. When I repaired the car for the second time I used the Titan wrench. It definately clicked when the set torque was hit. The car has now gone over 10K miles. This is one of my most prized tools.

Does what it is supposed to.
This tool does what it is supposed to. Click is easy to hear. I have 2 complains: 1) If it is set between the numbers (say you dial 90 on vertical scale and then put the dial between 4 and 5 trying to get 95) the button on the end goes in partially but doesn't lock the torque. I'd prefer that doesn't go in at all if torque cannot be locked. 2) Case is of low quality. Not a clamshell but kind of a tray with this plastic cover on top that slides in-out.

Worked fine; no complaints
I bought this wrench because I was rebuilding a lawn mower engine. Surprisingly, most of the bolts required less than 9 ft/lbs of torque. I have a beam wrench, but it wasn't accurate at such a low setting. This wrench allowed me to precisely set it and it clicked noticeably when the tightness was reached.

Junk
Not sure what the other reviewers saw in this tool unless I just had that bad of an experience. I bought this based on the reviews and could not have been more disappointed. The unit was poorly packaged and had a different range than that indicated on the web site and the packaging. It was actually higher which would be good but it was just another inconsistency. The instructions provided were also for a different wrench and showed you how to set it for foot pounds even though the tool measures inch pounds. The wrench measured in inch pounds and newton meters as well but when set at 100 inch pounds the wrench was aligned at 10 newton meters which is an incorrect ratio. I have a calibration tool at work and was also able to confirm that the tool was more than 20% inaccurate. I would highly recommend that you steer clear of this tool and go with the equivalent Texton. It's in the same price range and is a much better tool plus it comes with a case and a warranty.

it gives a nice and loud crack when the torque is met
Used this wrench to set strut bolts to 177lb ft, it gives a nice and loud crack when the torque is met. The mechanism to set torque is also much much better than my other cheap harbor freight torque wrenches.

A wrench to cuddle with
This tool appears to be well made and my new favorite in the garage. Click is solid. Handle is comfortable and locks at torque setpoint.
